We created SpectroDolce specifically for adults with autism to have a safe place to gain work experience and job readiness skills. The goal is to transition most of our workforce to sustainable careers at one of our member companies in the Autism Employment Network. Both the Autism Employment Network and SpectroDolce are a part of the Achieving True Self family of programs. We are on a mission to change the world for those who have had a difficult time finding sustainable careers -- while also selling amazing sweets!
